When you are using your 30 days off a year, you can only ask for vacations in a lot of advance? It can't be spontaneous? Like, if your favorite artist were to open an exhibition in a month's time or your favorite musician announced a tour in a city you want to visit in 2 months, you cannot ask for vacations with that short notice?

As I write this message, I literally just returned home from my assessment day, and although I did not make it to the final day tomorrow, I truly feel blessed to have made it through this far. Your videos played a huge part in helping me feel prepared and ready for this day that I had looked forward to for many weeks. My Experience: 09/03/24 For those coming after me, I want to be truthful about this process and share with you my personal experience and that of many others who were eliminated after the scar checks and english test today... This is a beautiful opportunity, however ask yourself this question, are you willing to undergo physical scrutiny for things that you simply have no control over? When they say they are going to do 'scar check' they mean that literally! Every little blemish on your hands wrists, feet and face is noted and measured. You can be a university graduate or an experienced cabin crew in some other airline once you dont fit their description of beauty NETHER holds any weight and you WILL be eliminated. They ACT very well and pretend to like you or show interest or care but they ALREADY KNOW who and what they are looking for Let me save you the time and trauma... unless you have an impeccable face. Forget about it! I had a few acne scars from my younger years and I believe strongly this was the reason I was eliminated WITHOUT A DOUBT. Out of 200 people, they only kept 2 guys and maybe 18 girls for the final day tomorrow. I saw so many beautiful people rejected. The worst part is they kept us waiting for 12 hours with no refreshments provided just water! How inhumane! Only to be told you're not good enough? Everyone passed the english test, which was super easy but the time limit was even trickier! After this they eliminated more than half of room after the scar and english test. They were also asking rediculous questions such as, How would you describe a close friend as an ice cream? What's the weirdest thing you ever bought on the internet? (Are you kidding?) They only question related to cabin crew that I was asked today, was, why do you want to be a cabin crew? That's it... so ladies and gentlemen. You truly never know what these people are looking for. I believe its almost discriminatory what they do and a very flawed, unfair process. Unless you look flawless from head to toe. Don't get your hopes too high. You will only walk away broken and in tears. Best of luck everyone.
